Superyachttimes: Alva Yachts building eco-friendly Ocean Eco 90 Explorer yacht

German yacht manufacturer, Alva Yachts, has announced that its new 27.5-metre electric catamaran, the Ocean Eco 90 Explorer yacht, is in build.

The new eco-friendly yacht will feature an exterior design by HENNDESIGN and naval architecture by iYacht GmbH Yachtdesign & Engineering. With a beam of 14 metres, the Ocean Eco 90 Explorer yacht showcases contemporary lines — but the designers want to achieve something that has both style and high-performance.
